Location, quiet, room comfortable with hot plate, large fridge/freezer, microwave and even dishes and cookware. Water pressure in shower was better than any hotel I've stayed at along with hot water never ran out.

Staff was extremely accommodating. After viewing our initially reserved room, we decided it was too small. The desk clerk cheerfully allowed us to switch to a larger room and gave my husband an additional key card when he locked ours in the room. The room was clean. The property was quiet. Check in and out was fast and convenient. Location was close to town. My very large dog, husband and I thought it was a great option for the price.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is for SLO or the beach as it is right off 101/1. Nothing fancy, but you cannot beat the price.
